Right after discovering rave gatherings in 1992, Dyno began his techno and trance DJ career at the end of 1993. At that time he made his name playing in most of the raves in south of France (Dragon Ball, Maori’s, Ranx, Zorgan, Boreali’s, etc…). In 1994 he became a resident DJ for the famous group "Molecule", and in 1996 continued with "After Bong”. He also worked with the French-British booking agency "Double Deckers". He became a forerunner of psychedelic trance movement in South of France.
Since his first trip to India in 1998 he drifted from techno sound to trance.
During the period of 1998 to 2000 trance parties were a rare event in the South-East of France. In 2001, to change that tendency, Dyno created an association under the name "Body &Mind". The Association is promoting trance culture by organizing high quality parties in unusual settings with famous DJs and artists like Joti Sidhu, Neuromotor, Hyper Frequencies, G.M.S., Tryptich, C.P.U., Soundaholix, Silicon Sound and more. With this approach Dyno and his Association inspired strong public enthusiasm for the trance scene.
In 2004, DJ Naya, manager of Mahogany Records trance label based in Paris, invited him to join the label’s DJ team HYPERLINK "http://www.mahogany-records.net/" www.mahogany-records.net.
From 2004 to 2007 Dyno was as well integrated into the team of “Metatron Prod.” trance label as an exclusive label's representative in France by Aran Oren, a member of the famous Chemical Crew involving Skazi and other well-known artists.

Currently Dyno continues to promote artists and events of Body & Mind association.

Besides performing everywhere in France, Dyno is active abroad - geography of his gigs extends from Barcelona to London, Moscow to Ibiza. He is a frequent guest in Asia as well, playing often in India at Goa Full Moon parties, in Himalaya mountains, and his name is marked on music line-ups of several international festivals as well as various clubs in the region.
In June 2009 he was the first international DJ invited to Myanmar (Birmanie) to perform at the country’s premier electronic music event organized by Alliance Francaise.

Another new chapter of Dyno’s musical journey is called O.M.I.N.E. records label HYPERLINK "http://www.omine.fr" www.omine.fr which he established together with his partner dj L’Elf, manager of Turbo Trance rec. HYPERLINK "http://www.turbotrance.com" www.turbotrance.com

OMINE records is dedicated to all forms of progressive electronic sound – house, electro, sometimes with a touch of trance. The new label has already launched successfully a series of events called Turkish Bazar, greatly appreciated by the party crowd for perfect selection of tracks, quality sound system and original visuals.

In the beginning of 2010 Dyno’s professional experience and evolution of the global dance culture over the years have brought him to a new vision for his dj identity and he decided simply to use his real name for the scene – dj Dyno Bastieri.

With more than 650 bookings in 16 years, dj Dyno Bastieri has played alongside artists such as Robert Armani, Acid Kirk, D-Jack, Richard Ford, Alton Miller, Woody McBride, Charlie Hall, Daft Punk, Jack de Marseille, Ken Ishii, Bandulu, Frankie Bones, Oliver Way, Miss Kittin, Colin Dale, Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Jen’s, Xavier Mazzo, Joti Sidhu, Juno Reactor, Heyoka, O.O.O.D., Slide, Absolum, G.M.S., Neuromotor, Hyper Frequencies, Triptych, Silicon Sound, Polaris, Digital Talk, Total Eclipse, Blue Planet Corporation, Aphid Moon, Ticon, Cycle Sphere, Antix, D-Nox, Gaudi, Koxbox, G.B.U. etc..
